Nice, new house along the Glemmtaler Landesstrasse. It,s just a 200m walk to the skislope and Schönleiten skilift and a bacery, the busstation you can reach in 50m. In our house we have got one appartement for 4-6 persons and one for 2-4 persons. Both have their own bathroom and a nice kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, filter coffee pot and a kettl). Tv in all sleeping and living rooms, There is also a balkony. The ski and bikeroom is in the groundfloor.
A travel cot is available for very small children.
Petz allowed, free of charge and no food.
In the summer season, the JOKER CARD is included in the price.

Withdrawal by the contractual partner – cancellation fee

- Up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date of the guest, the accommodation contract can be canceled without payment of a cancellation fee by a unilateral declaration by the contractual partner.

Cancellation fees possible:

- up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the total package price;
- up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total package price;
- in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total package price.

Beginning and end of accommodation:

- Unless the accommodation provider offers a different reference time, the contractual partner has the right to move into the rented rooms from 4 p.m. on the agreed day ("arrival day").

- The rented rooms are to be vacated by the contractual partner by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. The accommodation provider is entitled to charge for an additional day if the rented rooms are not vacated on time.

Advance payment is 40% of the total price.
